KAI Texas Hires New Talent to its Dallas Office

DALLAS, TX KAI Texas hires Bonnie Gowan as Project Coordinator and Kyle Coker as Intern Architect in its Dallas, Texas, office. Both Gowen and Coker reside in Arlington, Texas.Â
Gowan brings 10 years of professional experience to KAI Texas. Prior to KAI, she was an Administrative Assistant at Texas Health Medsynergies.
In her role as Project Coordinator, Gowan will be responsible for maintaining the flow of projects, ensuring they are up to date; gathering specification information from consultants; organizing and editing contracts; keeping current with employee expenses; and prepping materials/resources for staff meetings. With diligence and great attention to detail, her role also includes minimal office duties from an administrative perspective.
Coker has 14 years of industry experience and a masters of architecture from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Prior to joining KAI Texas, he was a Construction Administrator at BLUM Consulting Engineers, Inc. and worked five years in Program Management for the Dallas Independent School District.
As Intern Architect, Coker will work to ensure the successful execution of construction-related documents, projects and activities for KAI Texas' clients. He will also assist with all aspects of architectural design, from client presentations to working with KAI's multi-disciplined team in its Dallas, San Antonio, Texas, St. Louis, Missouri, Atlanta, Georgia, and Omaha, Nebraska, offices. Â
He is currently working as Project Coordinator on a University Health Systems project and as Construction Administrator for Arlington, Fort Worth, and Dallas Independent School District projects.
Coker is a member of the  Construction Management Association of America.
