Kabouris Joins Garver's Water Technology Team

DALLAS, TX Dr. John Kabouris joins Garver as a Water Technology Leader specializing in biological nutrient removal processes. While he will be based in Garver's Dallas, Texas, office, his technical expertise will serve clients across the nation.
With two decades of experience in various aspects of environmental engineering, Kabouris has conducted internationally recognized research on BNR processes with a specific emphasis on computer modelling and stochastic control of biological wastewater treatment processes with extensive experience in advanced nutrient removal and co-digestion design. His long record of leadership service to the Water Environment Federation (WEF) includes work as a contributing author to WEF manuals, as well as to national and international journals and conference proceedings, and he currently serves as an associate editor for WEF's Water Environment Research journal. Kabouris's work is widely published in peer-reviewed journals and he is a regular presenter at industry conferences.
Kabouris, who holds a doctorate in environmental engineering, joins a Garver water technology team that consists of experts who are well-decorated by academia and renowned in their respective fields of membrane technology, ultraviolet disinfection and advanced oxidation technologies, modeling water and wastewater systems, disinfection byproduct control, and biological filtration and granular activated carbon adsorption, among other specialties.
