WJE Adds Quadrato and Yates to its San Antonio Office

SAN ANTONIO, TX Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates (WJE) announces the addition of Craig Quadrato and Daly Yates to the firm's San Antonio, Texas, staff, expanding WJE's local expertise and capabilities.
Dr. Craig Quadrato brings more than 25 years of experience as a civil/structural engineer in the areas of structural analysis and assessment, heavy civil design and construction, steel and timber design, engineering and construction management, bridge analysis and repair, and engineering education.
Prior to joining WJE, Dr. Quadrato served as a United States Army Engineer Officer, serving his last six years as an Academy professor in the U.S. Military Academy's Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Quadrato also led U.S. Army engineering design and construction units and served as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense's industrial base modernization program.
He holds degrees from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point (Bachelor of Science, civil engineering); University of Missouri (Master of Science, engineering management); Stanford University (Master of Science, structural engineering and construction engineering); and The University of Texas at Austin (PhD, structural engineering).
Daly Yates graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in construction science.
Most recently, he was a Field Engineer at Kiewit Building Group, where he worked on projects for the Texas Facilities Commission, NASA Johnson Space Center, and Texas School for the Deaf.
