Structure Tone Southwest Adds Two in Dallas

DALLAS TX Two senior construction industry professionals have joined the Dallas, Texas, office of Structure Tone Southwest. Industry veteran Juan Rodriguez is now the company's Vice President of New Construction and Jeffrey Brown is Director of Business Development. 

Rodriguez has been working in construction management for nearly 25 years. Most recently he served as the Regional Vice President of Operations for Balfour Beatty (formerly as Centex Construction), where he managed operations for the firm's Dallas, Austin and Houston, Texas, offices. As Vice President of New Construction at Structure Tone Southwest, Rodriguez will oversee the strategies, partnerships and operations of the company's large-scale projects across north Texas. Rodriguez is an active advocate for promoting diversity in the construction industry, serving as the Chair of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association and Co-Cahair of the Construction Industry Outreach Advisory Council. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M. 

Brown is helping Structure Tone Southwest continue to develop its client relationships and projects throughout north Texas. Brown comes to the firm from CBRE, where he specialized in office tenant representation, providing advisory and transaction management services for corporate office users' acquisitions, relocations, expansions and renewals. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Brown is a member of the university's alumni club, Texas Exes, as well as Dallas' TouchDown Club. He is also a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Young Friends Organization and active with Family Legacy Ministries.
