Sundt Adds Project Managers to its San Antonio Office

SAN ANTONIO, TX Sundt Construction, Inc. adds two project managers to its San Antonio, Texas, office.

Senior Project Manager Fred Galvan joins Sundt to lead the construction of the Hilton Canopy Hotel San Antonio.

Galvan is a native of Harlingen, Texas, with 29 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on the Bexar County Justice Center Expansion (aka Paul Elizondo Tower), Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center Expansion and Security Service Corp HQ (La Cantera Parkway).

Galvan has a bachelor's degree in building construction from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Texas, San Antonio. He is on the board of directors for the Associated General Contractors of Texas Building Branch.

Fabian Leal joins Sundt as a Project Manager. He will serve as the MEP project manager for the CPS Headquarters renovation project.

He joins the general contractor with more than 13 years of industry experience. He served as MEP Project Manager and was one of the Lead Project Managers for the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center Expansion and Remodel and was the Project Manager for the Embassy Suites Hotel Riverwalk project.

Leal earned his degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas, San Antonio. 

"We're excited to bring Fred and Fabian on board with us," Sundt Vice President Todd Calder said. "Their expertise and leadership will help support the construction of two significant projects for downtown San Antonio."
