Consolidated Construction Announces Two New Local Projects

APPLETON, WI Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full service design/build firm headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, announces construction of a new office building in Grand Chute, Wisconsin, and updates to an assisted living facility in Waupaca, Wisconsin.
The National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) office building will be located on the corner of McCarthy Road and West Capitol Drive in the town of Grand Chute. The building will be a total of 19,045 square feet and will feature open office areas and a warehouse. The outside of the building will be composed of masonry veneer and metal wall panel with ample glass windows for light exposure.
Consolidated and NATP hosted an official ground breaking ceremony for their new headquarters during the association's board of directors annual meeting. Final planning and permitting is in process, and actual construction activities are scheduled to begin in July. Joe Campione is the Project Manager and Curt Schroeder is the Architect. The project is scheduled to be complete in February 2017.
Waupaca Legacy 1, LLC selected Consolidated Construction to renovate the former Crystal House Assisted Living, now renamed Park Vista Assisted Living. The 11,864-square-foot renovation will include a new spa, nurses' station, restroom, and laundry area. The interior will be given new flooring, wall finishes, plumbing, and electrical finishes.
The project is located at 1403 South Churchill Street in Waupaca. The Project Manager is Dean Dequaine and the Onsite Superintendent is Curt Begotka. Crews have begun working on the renovation and completion is set for July 2016.
