Justin Gese, PE, LEED, is a Project Manager with more than 16 years of experience at SEH on municipal engineering projects. He has been a part of and continues to work on many public and private projects such as Target Field Station, the Mall of America expansions, Seagate expansions and University of Minnesota projects. Gese's involvement with the Target Field Station helped win more than 12 major awards.

Craig Hendrix, PE, has more than 26 years of professional experience. Before he joined SEH in 2012, he began his professional career with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) as a Project Engineer managing bridge, roadway and interchange construction projects. Hendrix was employed by Northwest Indiana Water Company (now American Water Company), eventually becoming the Engineering Manager then became the City Engineer and Director of Public Works for the city of Portage, Indiana.

Steve Kaye, PE, LEED AP, is a licensed structural engineer with structural design and inspection experience in the transportation industry. He has worked for state transportation agencies, regional authorities, municipalities, universities, energy companies and mining companies in several states. Kaye has developed design expertise in vertical design (buildings) and horizontal design (bridges). With this diverse background, Kaye saw an opportunity in the market to provide vertical structural design services and championed the creation of a vertical structure design team.

Mark Maves, PE, is a Project Manager/Designer with more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry - primarily in the areas of conceptual, preliminary, and final bridge design for state departments of transportation, counties, and cities. He is well known and respected by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Bridge Office and Highway Design staff and also by his peers in the regional and national consulting firms.

Bryan Remer, PE, joined SEH in 2004 and has grown professionally transforming from an EIT in the municipal field to a proven Project Manager with private industrial experience and in the oil and gas market. Remer became the first engineer at SEH licensed in Canada (Alberta) and is now licensed in five Canadian provinces. Brian's technical expertise is illustrated by his work leading the section on transload terminals as part of the update of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) Manual for Railway Engineering.

Jeff Rhoda, PE, is a key member of the Transportation Leadership Team in the Central Region and the manager of the Minnesota Highway Design Group. He has 23 years of experience delivering transportation projects in Minnesota, Iowa and South Dakota.

Steve Sletner, PE, started with SEH in June of 2013 to initiate, lead and grow the private sector land development portfolio. He has been responsible for defining and researching appropriate target markets, contacting potential clients, developing marketing materials and enlisting the cooperation of staff.
