MINNEAPOLIS, MN RJM Construction, a Minnesota-based general contractor, has been selected by Bremer Bank to build a 25,000-square-foot addition to their service center in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Located at 8555 Eagle Point Boulevard, the project will blend seamlessly into the existing building, which was built in 2002.

"When we built the service center, we planned for this expansion project," said Josh Meyer, Facilities Manager with Bremer. "It's an exciting time for Bremer Bank as the business grows; we'll soon have capacity for another 200 employees."

Construction is scheduled to begin in April, with the addition complete by the end of the year.

Carter Vargo, RJM Vice President, will lead the project. "We're accustomed to working alongside occupied spaces and have a plan in place to minimize disruption to Bremer's support team," said Vargo.

In addition to RJM, the project team includes Pope Architects, Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate, and Dunham Engineering.
