As Construction Manager at Risk, RJM will solicit bids in July, with construction scheduled to begin in September. The project is planned to be complete by July 2018.

"This is an exciting project for the City of Shoreview, and we're pleased to be working alongside them," said Brad Barickman, RJM vice president. "Our team will efficiently phase the work, limiting disruption to members."

RJM's team is currently wrapping up a similar project with the city of Shakopee, Minnesota, and recently completed the Eden Prairie Aquatics Center addition.

In addition to RJM, the project team includes architect BWBR.
