Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana

FT WAYNE, IN The Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana (BCA) recently announced a partnership with Coliseum Productions to revive the former BCA Construction Expo. It is set to occur on February 22 and 23, 2017 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
After 34 years of annually producing the Expo, the BCA Board of Directors in 2011 decided to make a strategic shift away from the business of show production to focus more on the internal programs of the Association.
Over the last five years, several BCA committees have added new programs and increased their activity levels. A new committee, the Young Professionals, was established. This was largely made possible by alleviating the extreme workload that self-producing an annual trade show created several months out of the year, freeing up very valuable resources of both staff and volunteer time.
Coliseum Productions has provided show logistics and management for 3,000 events in 250 cities. David Marquart, the President, is a trade and consumer show industry veteran, having devoted most of his 30-year career to the profession. He plans to expand the reach of the former BCA show to include all commercial and residential construction, to reach out to more trade associations and professional societies to join with the show, and to build quality programming - all to create an exciting, comprehensive industry event for both exhibitors and show visitors alike.
For sponsorship or exhibitor information, please call Dave Marquart at (317) 714-6734 or email him at dave@coliseumproductions.net. Or you may visit the official show website, www.constructionworldexpo.org. A portion of the income from booths purchased by members will be returned to the BCA to support year-round activities of the association.
