Thibideau Hired for ICR. ICRF
INDIANAPOLIS, IN Mike Thibideau is the new Association Coordinator for the Indiana Construction Roundtable (ICR) and the Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation (ICRF).
Thibideau is dividing his time between the two organizations and working on special projects, events and initiatives.
Thibideau is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in public policy and public administration, and has worked in Community Engagement and Association Management for the past five years. He most recently served as Director of Chapter Services for Psi Upsilon Fraternity.
Thibideau enjoys woodworking, skiing, percussion, and cooking in his free time, and lives in Carmel.
ICR is a nonprofit organization that serves the construction consumer in Central Indiana, with the assistance and input of all members of the construction team.
The ICRF is separate from ICR created to focus on the workforce shortage that is troubling the Indiana construction industry. The shortage will be addressed by their core program, Build Your Future Indiana.
The purpose of Build Your Future is to market the opportunities with the construction industry, and to attract new talent to the industry. The Build Your Future Indiana campaign consists of a multimedia strategy geared at connecting with schools to engage the future workforce. The goal is to make careers in construction accessible and attractive to the next generation of Hoosier workers.
