Singh to Lead Structural Design Projects at Parsons Brinckerhoff

In his new position, Singh will lead structural design efforts for bridge projects and underground structures in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Singh has 22 years of professional experience in the structural design of bridges on behalf of Caltrans and other California agencies and municipalities. He has worked with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including several projects on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. He has also performed seismic evaluations and designed seismic retrofits for Bay Area structures. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Singh was a Principal Engineer with a San Francisco engineering firm.
Singh received a Ph.D. in structural engineering from the University of California, Berkeley; a Master of Science in structural engineering from Wayne State University; and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Punjab University in India.
