2.85 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, aggregate shoulders, and pavement markings on East Midland Road from Four Mile Road to Three Mile Road, East Salzburg Road from Three Mile Road to Two Mile Road, and Kiesel Road from Two Mile Road to Euclid Avenue, Bay County. This is a Local Agency project. ** 731 Cb **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of N9-3A. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor. This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
