40.00 mi of hot mix asphalt crack sealing and overband crack fill on Old M-155, I-96, I-94 BL, M-52, M-125, US-24, US-23, US-2 BR, M-59 and Michigan Avenue in cities of Howell, Chelsea, Ypsilanti, Monroe, Leroy and Handy, Ingham, Livingston, Washtenaw and Monroe Counties. This project includes a 2 year pavement performance warranty. ** 611 N9-3E **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of N9-3F. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor. This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
