81.63 mi of hot mix asphalt crack treatment, overband crack sealing and pavement markings on various routes, Manistee, Benzie, Leelanau, Grand Traverse, Wexford, Missaukee, and Kalkaska Counties. This project includes a 2 year pavement performance warranty. ** 818 N9-3E or 818 N9-3F **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of N9-3E and N9-3F. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
