NEW YORK, NY — Michael J. Brothers joins Bound Construction Corp. — an East Coast Construction Management, EPC consulting firm — as the Vice President of Operations and Regional Growth Leader. As Vice President, Brothers will collaborate with team members across multiple program sectors to identify and foster growth opportunities that span all business lines. While his primary focus is the construction sector, he will work with the firm's network of industry leaders to develop and build long-term strategies to position Bound and partnering firms for growth throughout the East Coast and nationally.

Based out of New York City, Brothers has nearly three decades of experience building, growing, and managing large multidisciplinary programs. He is known in the construction and design industries as a thought leader who can integrate global expertise on emerging technologies to optimize the planning and implementation of both infrastructure and capital buildings programs throughout the New York Region.

“We're incredibly excited to welcome Michael to our growing team,” said Altin Batska, President and Founding Principal of Bound Construction. “While his resume and reputation speak for themselves, his forward-looking insights into the construction market and the renewable energy sector bring an invaluable perspective to our team, enabling us to better serve our clients locally and beyond.”

Brothers has worked on a range of complex projects as Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Principal in Charge. He previously served in several leadership roles at some of the largest construction management firms in the world. Over the past decade, his focuses have been on developing and growing a strategic renewable energy infrastructure portfolio and implementing reliable repeatable efficiencies that have produced consistent growth of more than 10 percent annually.

Some of his past successes include projects with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, JetBlue, the City of New York & City University of New York, State University of New York, and Eastern Connecticut State University. He also has significant experience on alternative project delivery providing leadership for both design/build and engineering/procurement/construction programs.
