WICHITA, KS — Foley Equipment recently hosted a series of Mini Excavator demonstrations in Wichita, Kansas; Manhattan, Kansas; Topeka, Kansas; and Kansas City, Missouri. All events took place on the grounds of the Foley facilities, with the exception of the Manhattan event, which was held at the Kansas State University Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Numerous customers were in attendance for each event.

Throughout each day, there were demonstrations showcasing the new Stick Steer feature via a small course, where participants operated the machine in Stick Steer mode and were challenged to place a basketball into a bucket. Another demonstration featured the digging force power of the Next Gen 308. A 262D3 was also present for customers to hear about features and improvements on the machine.

At the Wichita and Manhattan events, participants were able to tour the In the Trenches trailer from Caterpillar, which included a short video of the updates to the machines, as well as opportunities to engage with others in a series of games and events that walked them through the machine upgrades.

After Foley Equipment completed the demonstration, customers were allowed to get into the machines and attempt the process themselves to get a proper feel for all of the equipment on display. Representatives from Caterpillar and Foley were available to answer questions and speak with individuals in attendance throughout each day.
