GRAND RAPIDS, MI — A group of six construction professionals at Wolverine Building Group will assume Senior Project Manager roles as the company grows. Jim Chambers, Adam Groulx, Bryan Richardson, Ryan Supplee, Patrick Schrauben, and Drew Sorenson will take on additional responsibilities.

“Our team has relied on their collaborative leadership, wide-ranging experience, and creative solutions with our construction clients,” said Curt Mulder, President of Wolverine Building Group. “This group has incredible capacity to innovate process and develop partnerships, improving the industry generally and Wolverine in particular.”

Chambers has over a decade of experience at Wolverine, handling national level retail clients such as SpartanNash and Target Stores. His experience within commercial construction led to the successful restoration and relaunch of the Lowell Showboat in 2021.

Groulx has been leading Wolverine's efforts in emerging markets and is currently managing USG Corporation's new construction in Sweetwater, Texas. He has been with the company since 2018.

Richardson has managed numerous projects in multi-unit residential, health care, retail, and industrial builds. His notable projects include Elevation, a multi-phase market rate housing community in Okemos, and J-Star Motion Controls in Cedar Springs.

Supplee has been instrumental in company growth since 2016. He guides many senior living, higher education, and multi-unit residential projects with Wolverine, such as the recently completed Sheridan in Birmingham.

Schrauben is certified in Healthcare Construction and leads the Cherry Health renovation in Grand Rapids, as well as recently completed expansions at Grand Rapids' Spectrum Health Beaumont Health. He has been with Wolverine since 2019.

After his start with the company in 2017, Sorenson made his mark with multi-unit residential and nonprofit building projects. His recent projects, Suroeste Brilliante Apartments and Emerald Flats, have achieved an ABC West Michigan Excellence in Construction Award and a Michigan Historic Preservation Council Award, respectively.
