DETROIT, MI — For over 72 years, the JJ Curran Crane Company has been a leader in the crane rental business. Today, the company announces the opening of a second location in Brighton, Michigan.

Located 50 miles from their headquarters, the second location will expand current coverage to better serve existing customers while opening lifting operations to new markets. The brand-new location is situated closer to Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, and Lansing — Michigan's second, fifth, and sixth largest cities, respectively. A more centralized location in southeast Michigan will position JJ Curran Crane's fleet to better serve metropolitan areas outside of Detroit.

“Opening this facility is an important facet of our growth. Our valued customers will realize even better service and availability of our strong mobile fleet of equipment,” said Jeff Curran, President.

JJ Curran's second location will be open and fully operational in the spring of 2022.

JJ Curran Crane Company's equipment represents brands including Liebherr, Manitowoc, Grove, Tadano, and Link-Belt. Their fleet consists of hydraulic cranes ranging from eight to 450 tons and includes crawler cranes, tower cranes, and other lifting equipment. JJ Curran is a Certified Detroit Based Business and Detroit Small Business.
