McKinstry Strengthens Energy & Technical Services Team with Promotion of Vice Presidents in Mountain Region

GOLDEN, CO — McKinstry, a national construction and energy services firm, announces the promotion of two of its leaders in the Mountain Region to Vice President. McKinstry has elevated Brian Hanson and Phil Saieg as the Energy & Technical Services line of business adds new teams, new offerings, and new geographies.

Hanson, Vice President, Energy - Mountain Region, joined McKinstry in 2007 as an Energy Program Manager, traveling throughout rural Colorado to kick off the development of multiple energy retrofit projects and helped secure the region's first competitive project win with Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind. Hanson has been at the forefront of hiring, developing, and deploying key talent to ensure projects are sold, developed, and delivered to achieve client goals. Since 2019, Hanson has served as the Regional Director for the Rocky Mountain Region, leading all aspects of the growing business.

Saieg, Vice President, Technical Services - National, joined McKinstry 10 years ago as a Technical Services Account Executive focused on growing the Technical Services business through sales in Colorado. He quickly evolved as an integrated solutions salesperson, selling complicated, highly valued integrated solutions to Mountain Region clients and managing a sales team across the region. In 2017, Saieg was promoted to Technical Services Regional Director and was later promoted to lead all Technical Services business units.
