LANCASTER, PA — Richard F Mulá Architects LLC., a Lancaster-based design and planning firm, announces that it will be merging with CORE Design Group, a national architecture and structural engineering firm.

The merger will create an architectural practice with offices in York, Lancaster, and the Eastern Shore of Delmarva that offers architecture, structural engineering, interior architecture, urban planning, and historic preservation services. The leadership team will be comprised of Principals Richard F. Mulá, Teen Vebares, and James E. Baumgardner.

CORE Design Group’s practice will be enhanced in health care, senior living, and higher education design while enhancing corporate, multi-use housing, and industrial sectors to Mulá Architects.
