Spohn Adds Two Senior Project Managers and Contract Administrator

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Architectural Installation firm Spohn Associates welcomes Gerard Skibinski and Chris Padgett as Senior Project Managers and Ann Searcy as Contract Administrator.
Bringing with him 30 years of experience as a licensed architect, Skibinki will now manage the delivery and installation of specialty products for architectural projects at Spohn. Skibinki is a graduate of Ball State University College of Architecture & Planning and spent most of his career at Odle McGuire & Shook.
Padgett has spent 22 years working in the construction industry, with prior history at ProClad and F.A. Wilhelm. At Spohn, Padgett will now lead, manage, and complete complex projects in order to meet the highest standards for the customer and architect.
In her new role as Contract Administrator for Spohn, Searcy – who holds a Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies – will be reviewing contracts to identify and manage risks. Searcy will also work with the Project Managers to make sure Spohn construction requirements and schedule are added to the contracts.
